Total Film has a chat with silver-tongued Tom Hiddleston in November's issue.
TF: What's it like being the baddie in The Avengers?
Tom: The fun thing about Loki is that he goes one-on-one with every single Avenger. That means I get to spend a couple of days with every actor. Loki has become so menacing that they all have to team up and overcome their differences to stop him.
TF: It's quite a change of pace from The Deep Blue Sea?
Tom: It's agony! I keep warning my family about Sea - they think it's going to be this beautiful period piece. I'm like "Guys - it's really painful". It's like a shard of glass through the heart.
TF: War Horse looks like quite the heart tugger, too?
Tom: I took the script to a cafe and the waitress kept looking over because I kept crying.
